Prudential Preferred Realty has hired Kristine Fishell to the Rt. 19 South office. She holds degrees in communications and marketing. Jennifer Siegel has joined the Bethel Park office. Previously, she worked in the mortgage industry as a loan processor.

Several Coldwell Banker agents have been ranked among NRT's top 1,000 sales associates in the first quarter of 2010. They are Laura Palmer of the Airport/Beaver Regional office, Carol Bagaley of the North Hills office and Tracey Petricca, Bonnie Loya and Suzanne Lorenzi Sala, all from the Peters office.

Cathy Addessi was the top associate for listings closed and for sales closed in July at RE/MAX Heritage.

RE/MAX South and broker/owners Dick Charles and Bette Zrimsek recently celebrated their 30th anniversary in business. It is now the longest active RE/MAX office in Western Pennsylvania.
