Sales volume leaders: Betty Moraca, Sewickley, $5.6 million; Roz Neiman, Shadyside, $3.6 million; Trudy Ward, Fox Chapel, $1.8 million; Kelly Meade, Shadyside, $1.5 million: Debby Puglia, Mid Mon Valley, $1.5 million; Dory Korber, Murrysville, $1.5 million; Catherine Blandi, Franklin Park, $1.5 million.

Sales unit leaders: Deborah Kane, East Suburban, seven; Shelley Sharp, Uniontown, seven; Roz Neiman, Shadyside, six; Dory Korber, Murrysville, six: Michele Belice, Mt. Lebanon, six.

Listing volume leaders: Stephanie Veenis Fox Chapel, $9 million; Roz Neiman, Shadyside, $4.6 million; Betty Moraca, Sewickley, $3.3 million; Holly Corace, Peters, Township, $3 million; Vera Purcell, Mt. RE/MAX Heritage has recognized its top sales associates for February. Susie David was the top associate for listings closed. Debbie Collins was the top associate for sales closed.




Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services has announced its top sales associates for January:

North Hills office: Carol Bagaley, $2.5 million in listings and $1.8 million in sales; Kay Barchetti, $1.5 million in listings; Kevin Mihm, $1.5 million in listings; Lynn & Bruce Titus and Kelley Titus Polard, $1.2 million in sales; Ben Hess and Jim Miller, $1.8 million in listings with 21 units.

Cranberry office: Georgie Smigel, $3.5 million in sales; and Virginia Scherder and Jeannine Ohayon, $1.8 million in listings and $2.2 million in sales.

From the Hampton office: Nancy Ware, $1.1 million in sales; and Linda & Jaclyn Miller, $1.1 million in sales.

Peters Township office: Bonnie Loya, $1.3 million in listings and $2 million in sales; and Sandy Pirosko and Allyson Fritz, $1.4 million in sales.

From the Route 19 South/Galleria office: John Adair, $1.2 million in listings and $2 million in sales; Bonnie Byrnes, $2.7 million in listings; John Geisler, $1.8 million in listings.

From the Pleasant Hills office: Maria Werner, $1 million in listings.

From the Airport/Beaver Regional office: Rhonda Shearer, $1.1 million in sales volume; and Laura Palmer, $2.4 million in sales.

From the Squirrel Hill office: Susie Silversmith, $1.7 million in sales.

From the Shadyside office: Cindy Ingram and Ken Clever, $3.5 million in listings.




Prudential Preferred Realty has announced the top sales associates for January:

Barb Baker, Routh 19 South, was the top agent for residential sales units and residential sales volume with five units worth 2 million.

The top sales agents in residential listings units is Michelle Schocker and Ruth Weigers, Route 19 South, with seven units; Lynn Niman, Fox Chapel, is the top agent for residential listing volume with $5 million.

The top agent for residential listings sold units is Linda Honeywill, North Hills, with five units. Daniel Scioscia, Sewickley, is the top agent in residential listings volume with $2 million.

Cathy Taylor, Cranberry, is the top agent in new construction listings units with six and the top agent in new construction listing volume with $3.1 million.
